John DePaolo, Brewing Up Good Things

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority has a new litigation attorney, John DePaolo, who will be working in the office of the General Counsel. His role will include personal injury defense as well as the resolution of no-fault matters.

John formerly worked for the Bouvier Partnership, LLP, in Buffalo where he served as a trial attorney handling all phases of complex civil litigation. Prior to that, John served as an Assistant District Attorney in Worcester, MA, where he was a prosecutor in charge of major felony cases. In addition, John was a member of the International Longshoreman Association Local 1273, in Houston, Texas, where he was a union laborer loading and unloading of ships that carried such items as coffee, rice, automobiles, rawhides and steel.

John holds a BA from SUNY College at Buffalo and earned his law degree from the University Of Dayton School Of Law in Ohio. He is currently active with the Rotary International organization where he has served as the Director of Service projects of the 69 clubs in an effort to make positive long-lasting changes in communities at home and abroad.

John resides in Clarence with his wife, Sandra, and their two cats, Chancellor and Tessa. Daughter Sarabeth ( and her husband and grandson Fox Henry currently live in Los Angeles. In his spare time, John brews various types of beer and recently won a silver medals for his Mango Habanero Imperial IPA. He and his wife enjoys traveling, biking, and golfing.
