NFTA Metro recognizes its Customer Service Representatives

National Customer Service Week was held from October 3–7, 2016. This special week-long celebration was created by the International Customer Service Association in 1984 in support of the mission to recognize and reward individuals who provide service to customers as the primary function of their job.

Crystal Edwards, NFTA Metro’s Customer Relations Manager, honored her extraordinary customer service team by providing a variety of goodies to each staff member. During the week she gave each employee packages of Tootsie Rolls, Smarties, Laffy Taffy, Double Bubblegum, 100 Grand Candy Bars and Life Savers, which were all symbolic reminders of the qualities it takes to competently represent the organization and serve its numerous customers. As part of the recognition festivities she also provided her staff with NFTA T-shirts and Metro Tote bags.

“This week was all about honoring the work of our customer service representatives and to show them they are truly appreciated and valued. I am very grateful to work with such a dedicated group of individuals that are professional and effective while assisting our Metro customers on a daily basis,” said Crystal.
