Patricia Wiseman is the new Superintendent of Metro's Special Services

Patricia B. Wiseman joins NFTA as the new Superintendent of Special Services. Her background includes over 20 years of experience working with the developmentally disabled as well as with senior citizens.

Formerly, Patricia worked at Heritage Centers in Buffalo as the Coordinator of Community Support Services for 16 years.  In this role, she focused on community habilitation by assisting individuals with acclimation to independent living within both their home and external environments.

In her free time, Patricia appreciates nature-related activities, particularly hiking. She values spending time in the outdoors, so that she can clear her mind and refresh. She also enjoys home improvement projects and interior decorating.

Patricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Mental Health from the University at Buffalo and a Master’s Degree in Human Service Management from Buffalo State College. About her new job, Patricia said, “I am looking forward to my new position at NFTA, and I believe my prior work experience will help make a positive impact on our customers and the community.”

We hope that everyone will join in giving Patricia a warm welcome!
