Delta, Buffalo and the Big Apple

Delta Airlines just increased its flights from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport to New York City by 42%. The new all-jet service takes off March 25 with larger planes and available first-class and WiFi access.

As part of Delta’s expansion at LaGuardia Airport, passengers flying out of Buffalo can connect to 28 new destinations, in addition to the Delta’s current roster, bringing the total to 60 locations, touching six continents.

“It’s a win-win-win for Buffalo, Western New York and Southern Ontario,” said Lee Weitz, assistant director of airport aviation. Lee also reminded everyone that this announcement perpetuates the BNIA’s decade of continued growth, and should encourage even more Canadian traffic.
